Important Changes for 2026 Registration:
All delegate registration is final after October 29 - no refunds will be processed after this date.
Delegate registration includes the Welcome Reception on Thursday, Awards Lunch on Friday, Wake Up Breakfast and Banquet on Saturday, and Sunday Morning Devotional accompanied with drinks and small bites. The delegate cost of $250 covers these meals. The Advocacy Luncheon will be the only lunch offered on Saturday, November 21 and requires an additional registration cost of $60.
Childcare: This year, in lieu of full childcare, we will have a flexible family room across from the business session room/next to the silent auction room to help entertain our youngest members or provide a space for a break. A guardian is required to remain with the child(ren) at all times while in the family room. Parents are encouraged to bring along a grandparent or friend to assist, especially if both parents are participating as delegates. We hope the proximity to the main ballroom will continue to foster a family-friendly atmosphere for the annual meeting. Think of the family room akin to the family room at church! Lunch will no longer be provided as it has been in the past. Families should plan to register their child to receive meals during the weekends events using the guest registration form, or plan alternate lunch arrangements. The Pizza & Movie Night event will still be held during the Banquet with childcare staff available at no additional cost to parents. At the registration desk, please let staff know if you plan to have your children utilize this space and/or be present for the Pizza & Movie Night.
This year, we will not be holding a Council of County Presidents on Thursday afternoon. All members are invited to check in to the Hyatt starting at 4p.m., then catch up and visit at a Welcome Reception in the Atrium from 6-8 p.m. on Thursday, November 19th. With the change of removing the Council of County Presidents, we will no longer offer the option for attendee name badges to be picked up all at once by a single county representative.
